I'm Saloni Sharma, a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in Delhi, holding an M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology. I conduct psychological assessments across all domains — cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and developmental — and provide psychotherapy to individuals and groups using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, REBT, and others as required. My experience spans a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as behavioural challenges and de-addiction recovery, and delivering psychological services within hospital, university and institutional settings.
