Ms. Ria Kalra is a Clinical Psychologist (RCI Registered) dedicated to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. She utilizes evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
